Applying plant oils to the skin has many benefits. However, not all plant oils are the same. For example, the benefits that avocado oil gives is not the same as grapeseed oil. Each plant oil has its own properties. The properties of plant oils are determined by the different constituents (different nutrients, triglycerides, and etc.) it has.
